Sono circa 15 le processioni tra le vie di tutti i paesi della Penisola da Vio Equense a Massa Lubrense. Inizia dal tramonto del Gioved\u00ec Santo alla notte del Venerd\u00ec Santo che precede la Pasqua.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2b5d0d4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2b5d0d4\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f029a1e\" data-id=\"f029a1e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f6e32e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0f6e32e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un po' di storia della processione in costiera sorrentina\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d8dfd5 elementor-drop-cap-yes elementor-drop-cap-view-default elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d8dfd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;drop_cap&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tutte le processioni hanno in comune un processo identico per quanto riguarda gli oggetti simbolici portati dai partecipanti: la foggia delle loro vesti \u2013 diversa solo nel colore a seconda della confraternita, con preferenza per il bianco per le processioni che si tengono all&#8217;alba del Venerd\u00ec Santo e nero per quelle tenuto pi\u00f9 tardi quella sera. Inoltre, lo struggente coro del Miserere, con la banda musicale in testa al corteo processionale che esegue la famosa marcia funebre dall&#8217;Opus 35 di Chopin. fine del 1600 e che, soprattutto tramite i Gesuiti, allora numerosi nella penisola, si adoperarono per diffondere questo rito penitenziale tipico della Controriforma spagnola. Croci, il martello e i chiodi, la corona di spine, le fruste insanguinate, la spugna imbevuta di aceto, il Velo della Veronica, le lance, i dadi, il gallo, oggetti che ricordano la Passione e Morte di Cristo detti i \u201cmartiri\u201d, si alternano nella luce cupa di torce e lampade, creando un&#8217;atmosfera snervante di ricordo e misticismo nella folla silenziosa di spettatori. Al mattino viene portata in processione la statua della Madonna, che rappresenta la Madre alla ricerca del Figlio. Parlarne tutti sarebbe lungo e noioso. Le pi\u00f9 note a Sorrento sono: la \u201cProcessione Bianca\u201d che si tiene nelle prime ore del Venerd\u00ec Santo, organizzata dall&#8217;Arciconfraternita di Santa Monica dalla Chiesa dell&#8217;Annunziata e la \u201cProcessione Nera\u201d dell&#8217;Arciconfraternita dei Servi di Maria che si tiene a la sera. Affascinanti anche quelle di Vico Equense, con il corteo incappucciato in veste viola organizzato dall&#8217;Arciconfraternita dell&#8217;Assunta, il corteo organizzato dalla Santissima Trinit\u00e0 di Piano di Sorrento in rosso, e il \u201cCorteo Nero\u201d dell&#8217;Arciconfraternita della Morte e Orazione , sempre a Piano di Sorrento.
